Zhvania School, within the Public Administration Program, in order to support the development of human capital, offers specialized (long-term) training programs to individuals working in public sector, as well as to every interested person: Public Organization Management, Financial Management and Internal Audit in Public Sector, Human Resources Management and Bookkeeping, Public Relations and Communication, Technical Supervision of Infrastructural Projects and 17 other short-term specialized courses.
In 2019, Zhvania School of Public Administration was granted accreditation on two basic programs for professional development of public servants: "Managerial Skills of a Public Servant" and "Development of Personal and Professional Competences". It's within the framework of these projects that public servants are being trained and their professional qualifications are being raised throughout the country.
