knowledge of the general rules of accounting for organizations financed by a budget.
Participants will also learn about reporting in accordance with applicable laws.
The course also targets accountants working in the public sector vis-à-vis accounting
in public institutions. The course also includes the accounting of economic
reserves and flows and the execution of budgets using the general account of an
exchequer. The course is augmented with practical exercises oriented at using
theoretical knowledge in practice.
