From May 18 through June 1 of the current year a basic program – Development of Personal and Professional Competencies will be implemented in the frames of the Public Administration Program. The employees of City Halls and City Councils in Dmanisi, Aspindza and Ozurgeti Municipalities will be involved in the training process.

The Program aims to support professional development of public servants and enhance their qualification. It is designed for public servants of III and IV rank.

 Program consists of 4 modules:

 • Administrative proceedings;

• Ethics in public sector;

• Professional communication, cooperation and teamwork;

• Effective service and time management.
