Zurab Zhvania School of State Administration announces enrollment for the course – Foundations of Personal Data Protection covering the following topics:

• Essence and purpose of personal data protection;

• Scope of law application;

• Data processing principles;

• Rules and conditions for obtaining consent for processing minor’s personal data;

• Conducting audio and video monitoring;

• Processing personal data for direct marketing purposes;

• Rights of personal data subjects;

• Key responsibilities of data controllers and data processors.

The course is available in both in-person and the distance-learning (online) formats. The duration of the course is 14 hours. The tuition fee is 280 GEL per participant for the distance-learning (online) format, and 420 GEL per participant for the in-person format. The noted course will be led by Nino Qurasbediani.
