The first-stage graduates of the project "Leadership in the Modern Public Serviceat" Ludovika University were awarded certificates of successful completion by Mariam Kobiashvili, the Director of Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration.

The participants completed this course remotely while based in Georgia. Throughout the program they studied the fundamental concepts and approaches to leadership and management in public administration, as well as contemporary leadership theories and models.

The project brings together employees from the city halls and city councils of Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Poti, Gurjaani, Ambrolauri, Bolnisi, Dmanisi, Gori and Borjomi Municipalities. Now, they continue the next stage of the program at Ludovika University in Hungary.
