Participants of the project "Leadership in Modern Public Service” are attending an intensive training course at Ludovika University in Budapest, Hungary, aimed at developing the leadership competencies essential for public service.
The training program combines theoretical knowledge, practical exercises, group discussions, and the analysis of work-based case studies. As part of the course, participants are receiving training on the following topics: leadership self-awareness and self-development; confident leadership; effective conflict management; work process management; employee motivation; and results-oriented leadership.
The project is implemented within the framework of international cooperation and aims to strengthen the leadership competencies of mid-level public officials employed in municipalities across Georgia, facilitate the exchange of modern public management approaches, and support their professional development.
